The Commercial Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine (AEM) business unit (BU). This role will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical financial analysis supporting the Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine team. The primary focus of the role will be to provide management with the necessary information and analysis tools to support the executive decision-making process. This position will be based in Morrisville, NC. Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate internal controls are maintained and SBU financial statements are in compliance with corporate accounting policies and standards. Participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes, including coordinating with department heads to make updates as needed. Research and analyze data in order to provide a clear, cohesive explanation of business drivers. Prepare and submit journal entries. Collaboration and cooperation with other Teleflex departments to achieve objectives. Liaise with Auditors, Corporate Finance, North America Finance Shared Services and Operations Finance. Special Projects and other duties as assigned. Adherence to and ensuring compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules and procedures. Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting required. Minimum of two years in a Finance position. Experience with SAP, BW, Power BI, HFM, and PBCS preferred. Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
Self-starter with strong business acumen, organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to take initiative to seek out solutions with minimal guidance. Demonstrated aptitude working with large volumes of data and analyzing trends. Proven analytical experience. Robust understanding of the Income Statement.
