At F. LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 10 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture.
As part of our team you will...
Perform routine maintenance and repairs
on mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Utilize adequate
digital documentation tools .
Interpret schematics and technical drawings
to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Work with aircraft interior components
such as pocket doors, headliners, window shades, and more.
Conduct lifting tasks as required
for equipment installation or repair, such as cabin seats and cabinets.
Collaborate with engineering teams
to support maintenance.
Maintain accurate records
of maintenance activities using CMMS.
Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians , fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You're a good fit if you....
Have proven experience as an aircraft interior technician , with strong mechanical knowledge.
Possess experience working with interior components
such as bulkheads, pocket doors, cabinets, headliners, and mechanical tables.
Are able to read and interpret technical documents , including schematics and manuals.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Are physically capable of performing lifting tasks
safely and effectively.
Bring a background in
aviation environments .
