You’ll play a critical role in advancing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain (WTSC) Strategy Team. As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll support collaborative problem-solving and provide analytical expertise to help shape billions of dollars in investments, drive cost transformation, and implement best-in-class practices across AT&T’s expansive supply chain and networks. If you’re motivated by data-driven problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you.**What you’ll do*** Analyze complex internal business problems and develop actionable solutions to drive business transformation.* Gather and standardize financial and operational data from multiple sources to uncover trends and improve cost efficiency.* Build and apply statistical and financial models to identify cost-saving opportunities, utilizing clean sheet and should-cost methodologies.* Design reports, reporting tools, and databases to support effective decision-making and operational improvements.* Conduct industry benchmarking and supplier assessments to provide fact-based negotiation support and market intelligence.* Support cross-functional program management efforts and provide analytical support to multiple team members and business units.**What you’ll need*** 1+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related field.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.* Strong analytical skills, including data modeling and statistical analysis.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.**What you’ll bring*** Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a supply chain-related field (preferred).* Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly analytical role (preferred).* Exposure to software, mechanical, or electrical engineering concepts (preferred).* Strong teamwork, leadership, and intellectual curiosity.* Advanced data modeling experience.**Compensation**: Our Specialist Procurement Consulting earn between $87,200– $130,800 USD Annual in Dallas, TX. Senior Strategy Consultants earn between $71,800- $116,800 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
