Junior Executive Assistant to Quant Strategies Team at Global Midtown Investment

Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within their Quant team. This role will work alongside an experienced Senior EA, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Partner with a Senior EA to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and team support
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate internal and external meetings and liaise with various stakeholders
Manage expenses, track projects, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience providing executive or administrative support, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or financial environment
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative with a strong work ethic
SALARY
Up to $110-115K base + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits HOURS
9am–5pm, onsite in Midtown 5x a week Reachable as needed after hours
