Responsibilities

Apply economic/financial knowledge to deliver high-quality transfer pricing advice throughout the tax life cycle (planning, accounting, compliance and controversy). Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business. Perform transfer pricing analysis reflecting clients’ international business operations. Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), review the transfer pricing portion of quarterly tax provisions, defend transfer pricing in audits, and contribute to the valuation of intangible assets. Deliver high-quality practical tax planning solutions. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds; monitor progress to ensure consistent, quality client services. Cultivate client relationships and networks; identify business development opportunities. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Management, Policy, Tax, Law or related field and 5 years of progressive experience in business advisory, transfer pricing, economic consulting and/or Federal/International business tax consulting. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields with 4 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a PhD in the same fields with 2 years of relevant experience. At least 2 years of experience advising clients on technical aspects of transfer pricing and communicating technical knowledge across clients while maintaining confidentiality. At least 2 years of experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation or controversy projects. At least 2 years of experience with APA documentation. At least 2 years of experience in economic modeling. At least 1 year of experience reviewing transfer pricing analysis prepared by junior staff. At least 1 year of experience managing tax compliance engagements, including budgeting and billing, serving as primary client contact and escalating issues to partners or executives as needed.
