Tax Accountant - Tax - International Tax Services (Transfer Pricing) - Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1641709), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY. Effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to deliver high-quality transfer pricing advice across the tax lifecycle (planning, accounting, compliance and controversy). Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business. Perform transfer pricing analysis reflecting international business operations of the client. Prepare documentation, participate in APAs, review transfer pricing in quarterly tax provisions, defend transfer pricing in audits, assist in valuation of intangible assets, and deliver practical tax planning solutions. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills, monitor progress to deliver quality client services, maintain long-term client relationships and networks, and cultivate business development opportunities. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Management, Policy, Tax, Law or related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in business advisory, transfer pricing, economic consulting or Federal/International business tax consulting; or Master’s degree in related fields with 4 years of experience; or PhD in related fields with 2 years of experience. Of the required experience, 2 years must be in advising clients on transfer pricing technical aspects and communicating knowledge across clients while maintaining confidentiality. 2 years of experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation or controversy projects; 2 years of experience with APA documentation; 2 years of experience in economic modeling; 1 year of experience reviewing transfer pricing analysis prepared by junior staff; 1 year of experience managing tax compliance engagements, including budgeting and billing, serving as primary client contact, and escalating issues as needed.
