Helitech, a leader in foundation services since 1987, is seeking an experienced
Controller
to oversee our accounting and financial operations. This role manages the accounting department, ensures accurate financial reporting, and provides strategic insights to support company growth. Responsibilities
Manage accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger Oversee month-end/year-end close and prepare financial statements Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Maintain compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls Monitor cash flow, working capital, and job costing Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and senior leadership Mentor and develop accounting team members Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred) 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience in construction, engineering, or service industry preferred Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Viewpoint Spectrum, or similar) Compensation & Benefits
$100,000-140,000 + bonus potential Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Please Note:
