Shift:
1st Shift, 5-day work week Pay Range:
$59,446 - $80,246, DOE Employee Benefits
Medical (including Vision): City pays up to 87% of the premium; no deductible or coinsurance, low-cost copays Dental Insurance: City pays 85% of the premium Wellness Incentives: Cost savings on insurance and sick leave conversion to Wellness leave Paid Vacation: 40 hours available on first day, additional hours accrue Sick Leave 12 Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave KPERS Retirement: City contributes approx. 8.43%; employee contributes 6% KPERS Life Insurance: Equivalent to 1.5 times annual salary Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000 annually Health Club Discounts Typical Responsibilities
Oversee billing and processing of pet licenses, water, sewer, stormwater, and miscellaneous fees Manage, plan, organize, supervise, and lead staff; develop SOP manuals Prepare statistics for annual financial reports and audits Manage utility programs such as rebates and drought restrictions Maintain customer service standards and handle disputes Qualifications
1-3 years supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Over 2 years' experience with utility billing Ability to train and supervise staff Additional Information
