$80,000 – $150,000 per year
Summary Join Our High‑Performing Real Estate Team in Fort Myers. You’ll collaborate with the top 20% of North American real estate experts and use a proven success framework that includes detailed models, innovative systems, essential tools, personalized coaching, ongoing training, and strong accountability measures. This role is ideal for a motivated, results‑driven professional who thrives on unlimited growth potential and benefits such as revenue sharing, health insurance, profit sharing, and vesting opportunities.
Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program.
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable properties.
Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
Host two open houses each month.
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards.
Take part in team activities as per team guidelines.
Dedicate time to weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing‑related services.
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally, and you are a strong communicator committed to service.
Team player.
Licensed real estate professional.
3+ years of real estate sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Learning based, growth‑minded.
Organized.
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
Excellent time management skills.
