What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
As a virtual, customer-facing role, interact with customers using video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation; committed to empowering customers and enhancing the brand.
Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50

Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
