Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending and use your knowledge of home lending products to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase financial products and have opportunities to grow your career and impact the business. As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will guide clients on a first-class journey to home ownership and deliver strong sales results, acting as the customers' chief point of contact for the loan lifecycle and ensuring compliance with regulations. Job responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other initiatives. Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and functions within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships. Establishes themselves as the internal and external mortgage expert, builds relationships with customers, and provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer's financial needs and goals. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking. Knowledge of real estate market in local area. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

FHA/VA sales experience. Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills. Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate. Compliance and licensing

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on JPMorgan Chase’s review of criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other information relevant to determining financial responsibility and fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Continued employment is contingent on compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements.
