We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands. Position Summary As a BMW Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering a personalized, premium experience to every client. From the first introduction to vehicle delivery and beyond, you will guide customers through an exceptional sales journey, aligning their needs with BMW's cutting-edge models, technology, and driving dynamics. Key Responsibilities Represent the BMW brand with passion, professionalism, and product expertise. Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right BMW vehicle—new or certified pre-owned. Provide compelling vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight BMW's performance, luxury, and innovation. Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover. Maintain expert knowledge of all BMW models, packages, technology, financing options, and competitive landscape. Utilize the BMW Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to complete sales and lease deals accurately and efficiently. Stay up to date with BMW corporate product training and certification programs. Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores Qualifications Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined and professional demeanor. Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities. Passion for high-performance vehicles and BMW's driving philosophy. Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and digital lead engagement. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
