to deliver the exceptional Mercedes-Benz experience our clients expect. Why Join Us?
Guaranteed income while training $60,000 – $150,000+ earning potential in your first year Luxury brand clientele & product line Access to 1,000+ used vehicles across sister stores 5-day work week — CLOSED Sundays + flexibility for an early weekday off Bonuses and incentives including employee lease/purchase programs Full training & mentorship with seasoned management Growth opportunities across 9+ dealerships Responsibilities
Build relationships through exceptional customer service Understand customer needs through conversation and vehicle demonstration (including test drives) Deliver vehicles and ensure the customer understands features, warranty, and documentation Maintain product knowledge — including new inventory, features, and technology updates Follow up with clients to foster repeat and referral business Collaborate with service and reconditioning departments to prepare vehicles Attend training and dealership/manufacturer meetings Uphold compliance with all federal, state, and local auto sales regulations Qualifications
Automotive sales experience is not required — a positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn are essential Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is highly valued Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Must pass background and drug screening Benefits
