As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
