Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Qualifications
Good first impression and phone skills Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Compensation
