As a Customer Service Associate, you will focus on building customer loyalty and revenue growth. You will drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, ultimately enhancing client loyalty. You will deliver comprehensive PNC solutions during every customer interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
