Property & Asset/Principal Property & Asset Management Analyst - R10210556. Location: Northridge, CA. Onsite position and may follow a 9/80 work schedule. Clearances: Secret. Travel: 25% of the time. Relocation assistance: No relocation assistance available. Responsibilities
Oversee, manage, and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure property located on site and at subcontractors is managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintain property accountability records and determine condition; arrange disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes. Provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management. Develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; prepare periodic and special purpose reports related to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc. Qualifications
Property & Asset Management Analyst (Level 2)
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant property administration experience or Master’s Degree with 0 years; or 6 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS relative to property administration. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of employees and management. Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Ability to travel 25% of the time. Principal Property & Asset Management Analyst (Level 3)
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years; or 9 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS relative to property administration. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of employees and management. Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Ability to travel 25% of the time. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of and ability to use CostPoint and AssetSmart. NPMA membership and NPMA certifications. Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Compensation
Primary Level Salary Range: $67,100.00 - $100,700.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00 The above salary ranges are general guidelines; actual offers depend on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses where applicable. Long-Term Incentives may apply for certain VP/Director roles.
