Overview
Manager, Client Development & Recruitment at The Bolton Group – Marietta, GA. Company in Marietta is looking to hire an Accountant with Project Accounting experience. This position supports the planning, execution, and close-out of multiple construction projects. This role is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages. Support project scheduling by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Process and log incoming and outgoing submittals, RFIs, and other essential project documents. Coordinate communication between field crews, office staff, vendors, and subcontractors. Assist with subcontractor onboarding and compliance documentation (COIs, W-9s, etc.). Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item lists. Track project costs, budgets, and provide billing support documents as needed. Ensure timely collection and entry of daily reports, timesheets, and material logs. Support safety documentation and reporting requirements. Maintain organized project files in accordance with company and client standards. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a construction or field services environment, preferably in a project support or administrative capacity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Familiarity with basic construction terminology, documentation, and workflows. Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field. Prior experience supporting field operations and utilizing field-level reporting tools. Seniority level
