The Coordinator, Insurance & Contracts supports the Category Managers and Front Store teams by ensuring all new vendors meet CVS Health’s insurance and contractual requirements before placing products in front store locations. This entry‑level role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who are detail‑oriented and eager to learn about risk management and vendor compliance. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Category Managers and Front Store teams to facilitate the onboarding of new vendors. Ensure all new vendors have reviewed and completed the required Indemnification Agreement. Collect and review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from vendors to verify required coverages and limits are met. Utilize multiple systems, including Stibo, Riskonnect, and a dedicated email inbox, to communicate with vendors, track and manage documentation. Review and process vendor requests for exceptions to the Indemnification Agreement or COI requirements. Work with Legal and Risk Management colleagues to evaluate and determine the acceptability of requested edits or exceptions. Occasionally review COIs for events held at CVS Health locations to ensure vendors have appropriate coverage before entering the premises. Required Qualifications

Up to 1 year of relevant work experience (internships or academic projects may be considered). Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must be flexible to work 8:00AM-5:00PM EDT and/or CDT. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vendor management, insurance documentation, or contract review is a plus. Familiarity with Stibo, Riskonnect, or similar data management systems is desirable. Interest in risk management, legal, or compliance functions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Education

High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours

40 Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour or base full‑time salary. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Great Benefits For Great People
