The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a senior accountant to join our Business Advisory division in our Melbourne CBD office. In this role, you will collaborate with Partners, Managers and colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. In this role you will: Prepare financial statements and statutory compliance reports including BAS, GST, FBT and tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts Manage the planning, execution and completion of client assignments Liaise directly with clients, responding to queries and providing timely advice Support Partners and Managers with file reviews as required Mentor and guide junior team members to support their development Build and maintain strong client relationships What we offer

3-5 years’ experience within Business Services A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline CA/CPA completed or near completion Strong understanding of accounting standards and reporting responsibilities Experience with accounting software including APS, MYOB and cloud-based tools such as Xero or QuickBooks Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to engage clients and senior stakeholders Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple managers You also
