We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Reach out to sellers that we have determined to be highly likely to benefit from our service • Evaluate what a property is worth • Inform and negotiate deals with a seller Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • or A solid closer. History of being a solid closer • Real Estate experience could be considered a plus to help with determining values, but we would consider training the right candidate Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000
