Location Lansing, MI (In-person; Michigan market focus)

Overview We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Acquisitions Representative to identify, qualify, and secure off‑market distressed property deals. You’ll be the frontline of our growth, working directly with motivated sellers and playing a critical role in our mission to help people in challenging situations while driving company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from multiple channels (direct mail, cold calling, social media, referrals)
Conduct virtual property evaluations, assess seller motivation, and determine property condition
Present written, no‑obligation cash offers within 24–48 hours of initial contact
Negotiate terms, handle objections, and build trust with sellers
Coordinate with the lead manager and disposition manager to ensure a seamless handoff and closing
Maintain detailed records in our CRM (REsimpli) and meet or exceed monthly KPIs (calls, appointments, offers, contracts, closed deals)
Attend weekly training and coaching sessions to sharpen skills and stay process‑driven
Utilize market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Take 3–5 phone calls per day to qualify, underwrite, pitch, and negotiate with distressed sellers to find a win‑win scenario for both the company and the seller
Report your daily end‑of‑day KPIs and follow up on leads

What We’re Looking For
Track record of exceeding sales targets in a high‑velocity, transactional environment
Experience in real estate, mortgage, or related sales preferred; top sales performers from other industries encouraged to apply
Strong negotiation, communication, and rapport‑building skills
Self‑motivated, coachable, and process‑driven
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends as needed
Home office set up conducive to Zoom and CRM system requirements
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
