Build foundational skills in financial due diligence by contributing to live deal engagements across various industries and transaction types.

Job Responsibilities
Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, anomalies, and potential deal risks or opportunities. Build and maintain FDD databooks, including sections of quality of earnings, customer/vendor concentration, trend analysis, working capital, and debt-like analyses and supporting schedules. Participate in management meetings and client presentations Conduct background research on companies and industries to add depth to client deliverables. Support preparation of client-ready deliverables by compiling analysis, drafting narratives, and ensuring accuracy and clarity. Lead various internal projects and initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a strong academic GPA; CPA, CA, or CFA preferred or in progress. 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or work experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or related fields. Basic understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, financial statements, and M&A accounting principles. Strong interest in private equity, M&A, or corporate finance, demonstrated through coursework, extracurricular activities, or prior internships. Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus. Attention to detail and analytical skills within complex data sets to identify key insights.
