We are looking for a Bookkeeper to process financial information and complete basic reporting to reconcile clients’ information.
Joining us as a Bookkeeper, you will have experience in computerised bookkeeping, online filing of VAT returns, and preparation of unincorporated business accounts for both management and year-end purposes.
What does this role involve?
As a Bookkeeper, you will gain a solid understanding of our operations, accounting, and business advisory services. The role will include maintaining records of accounts and reconciliations, preparation of CIS returns, and keeping an accurate and complete trail of supporting documents for all financial bookkeeping activities. The role has the potential for on-site support visits to client premises. Teamwork
You will work as part of a team to ensure client financial data is processed into accounting software in a timely and accurate manner. You will r econcile customer, supplier, and bank accounts to ensure that balances are a true reflection of clients’ current financial position, and process clients’ financial data into accounting software in a timely and accurate manner . You will manage your workflow and client expectations, using your specialist knowledge and skills to add value to the bookkeeping hub and engage with relevant training, whilst developing working relationships with clients and assisting in the completion of work to maximise yield and performance.
