Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other community professionals to drive consistent mortgage leads. Actively prospect through cold calling, networking, presentations, and community involvement. Represent FAIRWINDS at events, deliver engaging presentations, and grow brand awareness to expand your pipeline. Take complete and accurate mortgage applications, obtain necessary support documents, monitor loan status, and ensure conformity to terms. Partner closely with your dedicated processor and enjoy priority underwriting to help you close loans efficiently and with confidence. Ensure exceptional member experience by interacting with all parties involved in each loan transaction from application to closing. What You Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience in external mortgage lead generation and loan origination. A strong network and passion for building relationships within your market. Excellent communication, follow-through, and sales skills. Why Join FAIRWINDS
