We provide support to help you succeed as a financial advisor, including training, structured compensation, and a collaborative network across the branch, region and home office. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients\' needs and priorities to create personalized strategies that help them achieve their goals. Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, compliant client experience. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to improve effectiveness and results. Foster a collaborative, respectful, and accountable branch environment. Paid training to get registered and licensed with the industry\'s top training program. Salary for the first five years while building your practice. A firm-provided branch office in the community and branch office support to lighten the load. Extensive support network from branch to region to home office; you will work independently with a large backing team. No cap on earning potential; compensation includes commissions, profit sharing, and incentive travel. Flexibility to balance personal and professional life; commitment to ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Licensing
A bachelor\'s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent experience in securities/financial services. Financial services and/or sales experience. Financial services licensing or certification. Professional and/or military career progression. SIE (obtainable with or without firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 may be required; if not currently registered, Edward Jones can support during the paid study period. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses will be required. Ongoing training and continuing education to maintain licenses. About Edward Jones
