Manage a territory with an established book of business. Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model. Prospect for new sales opportunities. Collect premiums from policyholders as scheduled. Respond promptly to service requests like beneficiary changes, claims, and loans. Keep accurate records, manage money collected, and process paperwork. Expectations for Agents

Grow the agency size. Build strong customer relationships. Dedicate sufficient time to responsibilities. Continuously develop knowledge and skills. Minimum Qualifications

Customer service experience. Ability to visit customers door-to-door. At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage. Reliable vehicle for daily travel. Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks. Authorized to work in the U.S. Preparation

Assistance with licensing exams. Basic training including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork. On-the-job training with earning potential. Opportunity is knocking. Don’t miss out!
