We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Representative to join our dynamic credit team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining healthy client relationships and supporting the credit department’s daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage outbound communications and ensure timely resolution of account-related issues. Job Summary

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining healthy client relationships and supporting the credit department’s daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage outbound communications and ensure timely resolution of account-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the credit team to monitor and resolve outstanding account balances. Make 60+ outbound calls per day to clients regarding payment status, account discrepancies, and credit terms. Document all client interactions accurately in the system to ensure up-to-date records. Assist in reconciling accounts and processing adjustments as needed. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Escalate unresolved issues to senior credit analysts or management when appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in accounts receivable and credit management processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Prior experience in a credit or collections role. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office setting with a focus on productivity and collaboration. You will use communication tools and CRM systems to manage daily interactions and ensure efficient workflow. The role may involve occasional extended hours during peak periods.
