Accounts Payable Supervisor

An established, commercial real estate company in Nashville is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead and development a team of AP Coordinators as the department grows. What You'll Do Supervise and develop a small AP team. Oversee the entire payables cycle (invoices, approvals, vendor payments). Drive essential compliance, including 1099 reporting. Design and implement scalable AP processes and internal financial controls. Requirements: 3–5 years of AP experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role. Pluses: Experience in property accounting or in the real estate industry. Experience with AvidXchange (Avid), Yardi or MRI. Why Join: A visible and impactful role in a growing company.
