Overview
A real estate investment company in Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to support its growing finance team. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about process improvement in AP operations. Responsibilities
Assist with invoice entry, payment processing (checks, wires), and AP batch submissions. Monitor AvidXchange workflows and resolve exceptions to ensure timely payments. Support monthly close procedures and reconciliations between AvidXchange and MRI. Maintain vendor records, including setup, updates, and compliance for tax reporting. Collaborate with property and fund accounting teams to ensure expenditure accuracy. Contribute to 1099 filings and other year-end reporting tasks. Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in real estate. Familiarity with MRI and AvidXchange is a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Seniority level
