Finance Transformation Analyst – Andersen Corporation Join Andersen Corporation as a Finance Transformation Analyst to support change management and transformation initiatives within our finance and process transformation teams. Responsibilities

Focus a minimum of 75% of time on business process and system transformation to define, support, and implement business process improvement initiatives.

Lead medium-sized change management initiatives, ensuring GAAP and internal control compliance, and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Maintain subject matter expertise of current state processes and systems, providing operational support during key financial cycles.

Utilize ERP best practices and lean six sigma tools to support medium sized transformation projects.

Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams to deliver problem identification, scope and trade-offs from ideation through closure.

Qualifications & Skills

BS in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Admin or related field. 7–10 years related experience and/or training. 4–7 years project experience.

Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting practices with 5 years of analytical and project or change management experience.

Experience implementing financial application packages and process changes.

Advanced presentation skills and ability to express project technical concepts in non‑technical business terms.

Basic proven knowledge of formal project management training, business process analysis tools and best practices; certifications such as PMI, PMBOK, business analytics, process design or process analysis preferred.

Compensation Earn $88,235 to $136,765 per year. Pay is based on experience, education, geographic location, certifications and other factors.

Salary & Profit Sharing Profit sharing: $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated quarterly; tied to operating profit performance.
