As an integral part of the Global Operation Finance team, the Financial Planning Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing FUJIFILM Biotechnologies’s financial and operational strategy. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Lead whose expertise will drive financial performance, support strategic decision‑making, and foster cross‑departmental collaboration.

The primary focus of this role is on process improvement and optimization. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative solutions that streamline financial operations, including enhancing existing systems and workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Job Description This role will sit on‑site at our Holly Springs, North Carolina location.

The Financial Planning Lead will regularly interact with heads of site FP&A, working across functional areas like S&OP, Commercial and Global Finance. The Financial Planning Lead will be responsible for driving all Global financial processes. In this exciting role, you will have considerable influence optimizing the global processes for financial reporting and budgeting and ensuring quality and transparency across all of our FUJIFILM Biotechnologies sites.

Principal Accountabilities

Budgeting and Financial Planning – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure alignment with company objectives, focusing on efficiency and cost savings. (20%)

Process Optimization – Drive initiatives to enhance financial systems, tools, and processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. (15%)

FP&A Support – Support broader FP&A initiatives to optimize contract and pricing strategies within CMDO environments, enhancing cost control. (15%)

Financial Performance Analysis – Analyze financial data to identify trends and develop actionable insights for informed decision‑making. (10%)

Reporting and Presentation – Prepare and present financial reports, business cases, and performance analyses to leadership, translating data into actionable insights. (10%)

Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with operations and production teams to support business goals and increase financial transparency. (10%)

Tech Innovation – Implement technical solutions to streamline processes and improve data analytics capabilities. (10%)

All other duties as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Master's degree in Finance or Economics

Minimum of 5 years of experience within Business Finance Partnering, FP&A or Business Controlling

Proven experience in Process Improvement
