LHH has an immediate direct hire opportunity for somebody looking to launch their career into accounting and finance with a great team. Accounting Operations Associate, reporting to the Accounting Manager, will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company. This hybrid position offers exposure to multiple areas of accounting and finance, with a focus on revenue accounting, document review, and process improvement. Responsibilities
Accounting Duties: Participate in revenue accounting processes, including reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing. Monitor and respond to accounting-related emails, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Assist with document review and verification to support financial transactions. Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives across the accounting team. Collaborate with team members to ensure business objectives and deadlines are met. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related business environment (internships included). Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent collaborative communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, rotational role. How to apply
