About the Company Ledgent is proud to partner with a family-owned business in Sacramento that's looking for a skilled and proactive Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their close-knit and fun-loving team. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process full-cycle payroll for approximately 35 employees
Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and compliance
Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss reports
Support month-end and year-end close
Handle office management and administrative duties as needed
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and reporting
Qualifications
4+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small business environment
Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and payroll
Experience with financial statement preparation and P&L reporting
Familiarity with HR processes is a plus
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
