Our client is seeking a

hands-on and detail-oriented Bookkeeper

to join their accounting team on a

temp-to-hire basis . The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping, supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and assisting with month-end close. This position offers a great opportunity for long-term growth within a stable and supportive environment. Responsibilities

Manage

full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process

invoices, expense reports, and payments

accurately and timely Reconcile

bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts Maintain accurate and organized financial records Assist with

month-end and year-end close processes Prepare

journal entries and adjusting entries

as needed Support

payroll processing and account reconciliations Generate

financial reports

and assist management with special projects Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams Qualifications

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong understanding of

debits, credits, and general ledger accounting Proficiency in

QuickBooks

(Online or Desktop) and

Microsoft Excel Experience with construction, real estate, or manufacturing industry a plus High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Excellent organizational and communication skills Additional Details
