Responsibilities
Support attorneys in lender‑side commercial real estate finance transactions
Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports
Prepare detailed title/survey review letters to obtain proforma loan policies and survey approvals
Collaborate with surveyors, title companies, zoning consultants, and other third‑party vendors
Assist in due diligence processes and maintain critical closing documentation
Coordinate with closing attorneys to ensure all lender requirements are satisfied
Manage transaction timelines, documentation tracking, and issue resolution
Adapt to various deal structures and client needs in a fast‑paced environment
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate (paralegal or analyst capacity)
Deep knowledge of lender‑side transaction support (title, survey, zoning)
Paralegal certificate or equivalent required
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Organized, responsive, and confident working directly with attorneys and clients
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Prior experience in an Am Law or mid‑size law firm strongly preferred
