Real Estate Analyst role at Polsinelli. Assist our Real Estate attorneys in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group. This position requires experience in commercial real estate transactions and comfort working directly with clients, title companies, and various agencies. Responsibilities
Experience with lender-side commercial real estate closings for title, survey, zoning review, and assisting closing attorneys with lender-required items. Review real estate documents including title, survey, and zoning reports. Analyze title commitments, underlying title exceptions, surveys, and zoning reports; prepare title and survey review letters to obtain lender-provided proforma loan policies and approved surveys; assist attorneys with related items for closing. Collaborate with surveyors, title companies, zoning consultants, and other third-party vendors to support closing attorneys. Conduct due diligence during the closing process to obtain proforma loan policies, surveys, and zoning reports. Support the Commercial Real Estate Finance Practice Group with various duties as needed. Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Professionalism and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external clients and maintain confidentiality. Clear and concise verbal and written communication. Detail-oriented and highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects and follow through without prompting. Ability to handle routine daily functions while resolving sensitive and complex assignments. Requirements
Five years of experience in commercial real estate as a Paralegal. Paralegal Certificate or equivalent. Undergraduate degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits
The budgeted salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
