$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr What you’ll do
Electronically processing accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching for North American operations and manufacturing facilities. Coordinating assigned activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing through our ERP systems. Acting as an Accounts Payable Champion, ensuring compliance with approved financial policies and procedures. Collaborating with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices efficiently. Responding to internal and external inquiries with strong customer service, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues. Thinking creatively to offer new solutions and improve our shared services environment. Engaging in special projects that enhance shared services capabilities and support overall business goals. What you’ll bring
2-4 years of dedicated accounts payable experience. High School Diploma (College degree is a nice-to-have). Proven ability to process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day). Experience with ERP systems; experience with leading financial systems is highly preferred. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables). Strong communication skills, written and verbal, for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously. Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak periods and monthly closing cycles. Experience in accounts payable within a manufacturing environment or consumer products industry and familiarity with document imaging systems is a plus. About Aquent Talent
