This dynamic opportunity allows you to streamline accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various business units. You’ll collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, enhancing shared services operations and supporting critical financial processes.

Responsibilities

Electronically process high volumes of accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching for various business units.

Coordinate accounts payable activities to ensure accurate and timely payment processing through advanced financial systems.

Act as a champion for proper and consistent compliance with approved financial policies and procedures.

Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices efficiently.

Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.

Identify and implement creative solutions to improve shared services operations and overall efficiency.

Participate in special projects that contribute to the enhancement of the shared services working environment and broader business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications

2-4 years of accounts payable experience.

High School Diploma.

Proven ability to process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day).

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate/advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak demand periods and monthly closing cycles.

Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable principles.

Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

College degree.

Experience with a widely used advanced ERP system.

Experience with document imaging systems.

Background in the consumer products industry.
