Credit Analyst We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Credit Department. In this role you will analyze credit data to assess risk when extending credit or lending money to firms or individuals. You may work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial statement spreads and complete written financial statement analysis, including evaluation of cash flow and collateral for annual review documents presented to Credit Manager.
Facilitate timely workflow of the borrowing base mailbox.
Facilitate timely measurement of covenant compliance on credits that do not receive annual reviews.
Update ticker and covenant tracking based on above activity.
Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable State and Federal banking regulations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
Three (3) years of Commercial Banking experience.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as ratio and trend analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Highest level of integrity and ethics.
