Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to a financial advisor. Reviewing accounts and creating reports for a financial advisor. Respond to client requests for forms or marketing literature. Assist with processing paperwork and client mailings. Performing other office tasks such as copying, taking messages, distributing mail items, as needed. Skills And Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent required, including experience with customer service interactions. 2 years office clerical experience including customer service environment. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn the business and work toward common goals. Coachable and able to work well in a team environment. Adaptable to change and thorough with strong organizational skills. Discreet with all client interactions and documents; proficient with MS Office and other software applications. Number of hours per week: 20. Work Location

This position is based in Roseville, CA and follows Corebridge Financial’s hybrid policy, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work. Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate is $18.00 - $20.00 at commencement. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the range. Actual compensation may depend on location, skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is a “covered associate” under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR 275.206(4)-5, and related pay-to-play rules. Candidates may be asked to disclose political contributions as applicable by law.
