What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and implement governance frameworks for customer and vendor master data across various ERPs

Perform deep-dive data mining and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within Shared Services operations

Design and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and Power BI

Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities

Source and manage initiatives aimed at improving data quality and governance

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or Shared Services operations

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus

Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data structures (System 21, NetSuite, D365)

Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data mining and trend analysis

Experience with data governance frameworks and industry benchmarking

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
