Responsibilities
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening Explain product performance, application, and benefits to clients Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase Build strong relationships with clients Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable demonstrations of new/used vehicles Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company best practices Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management Qualifications
Availability to work evenings and Saturdays Prior automobile sales experience is preferred Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales Enthusiastic, with high energy throughout the day Outgoing and friendly personality Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license Benefits and Perks
