Approach, greet, and assist customers who enter the dealership. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to clients. Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Build strong relationships with clients. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company best practices. Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. Desired Qualifications and Experience

Availability to work evenings and Saturdays. Prior automobile sales experience, preferred. Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales. Enthusiastic, with high energy throughout the day. Outgoing and friendly personality. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Must have a clean driving record and valid driver\'s license. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Additional Details
