Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure optimal efficiency and precision in managing customer accounts. Collaborate with Billing Specialists and Operations teams to process supplier invoices accurately. Work closely with Program and Project Managers to generate prompt and accurate customer invoices. Partner with the Finance team to uphold proper accounting practices. Contribute proactively to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Process billing and related tasks for assigned customer accounts totaling a minimum of $5M
Set up and modify customer billing items
Enter data input/output in new and existing item set up
Coordinate with suppliers regarding timely and complete receipt of invoices/rebates
Complete preliminary customer invoices for accuracy and adjust as needed as directed by Operations partners
Proficient in customer invoice and margin review process
Audit and correct data for all customers
Achieve expectations on performance metrics as defined
All other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
Required High School or Equivalent
Preferred Associate's Degree or
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
Experience Qualifications
Required 1+ years experience in a fast-paced office setting
Preferred 1+ years customer service, accounts payable, and/or billing experience
Skills And Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction
Strong attention to detail
Exude a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Takes ownership towards resolving internal and external customer issues with high satisfaction
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this role
Hybrid position requiring a minimum of 1 day per week in office; additional days may be required as dictated by business, training, and developmental needs
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Primary work is completed on a computer. Ability to view data on a computer monitor and use fine motor skills to process data.
Ability to sit for an extended amount of time.
