Role: Corporate Account Coordinator (Internal) Essential Functions & Requirements

Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

Single point of contact (SPOC) / technical resource for corporate accounts.

Assist in determining regulatory requirements for customer waste and by-products.

Responsible for all aspects of customer service for corporate accounts including waste profiling, scheduling, invoice review, profitability, and promoting all business lines.

Participate in the development of proposals and business plans to create new business or expand relationships with the assigned corporate account.

Ensure that contract terms and pricing are adhered to at all locations.

Manage all communications with multiple customer locations/facilities for assigned corporate account(s).

Provide, develop and implement solutions for all of customer’s needs.

Negotiate with multiple service vendors and coordinate these services for the assigned accounts.

Perform profit/cost analysis to ensure the most profitable method is used and implement changes to increase margin dollars.

Keep Corporate Account Manager up to date on account activities.

May travel to customer sites to evaluate current waste/by-product management practices or to audit plans developed by Heritage.

May be required to service customers until 5:00 pm Mountain and Pacific Time.

May be required to occasionally respond after hours to resolve urgent plant or customer inquiries. Company issued cell phone provided.

Conduct service follow-up surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.

May manage small projects as assigned.

Coordinate and manage data collection systems and reports for customer accounts.

Education

Four-Year Degree (required)

In lieu of degree, a High School Diploma (required)

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of Heritage Experience from a Customer Service or Technical role, evidenced by a consecutive score of 3 or greater on previous evaluations (minimum of 2 evaluation periods) (required)

In lieu of degree, 4+ years of Technical or Customer Service experience (required)

Competencies

Strong organizational, problem solving, oral and written communication, and customer service skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Ability to work well with customers.

Strong knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and state regulations.

Willingness to travel occasionally.

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
