Program Finance Analyst & Scheduler . The position reports to the General Manager and provides (1) financial oversight, analysis and reporting of program variance types and (2) project scheduling. In collaboration with the program team, this role informs program, company, and customer decision making. Responsibilities

Finance Analyst responsibilities Establish cost baselines, EAC development, analysis of contract task orders, labor, subcontract finances, purchase requests, and revenue forecasting. Provide Earned Value Management (EVMS) information to the program and management teams. Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Project Management, and other teams to develop and present program financial reporting; prepare ad hoc reports as required. Set up cost control systems, monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systems. Support audits and reviews, and respond to requests from programs, customers, and management. Ensure adequate funding by maintaining records of expenditures and submitting timely funding requests to the government. Support financial forecasting and reporting, Annual Operating Plan and Resource Plan; manage EVMS data. Support development and implementation of APIs, data structures, and databases to streamline processes; streamline data collection and management practices. May serve as a program representative in internal and customer-facing meetings; contribute to the monthly program review. Assist in the preparation of bids/proposals to the US Government and adherence to contractual requirements and internal procedures. Assist in preparing invoices; familiarity with T&M and FFP contracts preferred. Scheduling responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain an integrated schedule with milestones and critical relationships to plan and visualize program activities. Collaborate with the program team to ensure the schedule is executable and integrated with cost, technical, and resource requirements. Communicate daily/weekly tasks to ensure schedule clarity and priorities. Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts; perform risk analysis and planning on the schedule. Integrate and manage EV techniques to analyze schedule variances; develop recovery plans. Provide recurring schedule updates in program and customer reviews; analyze trends and prepare reports. Be an essential member of the program management office and program teams. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent Experience in EVMS; knowledge of program management or operational workflows Ability to support program management, integration, and control strategies; cross-functional collaboration Ability to obtain Secret clearance Familiarity with Costpoint, COBRA, or other EVMS systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent) Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Kronos, Power BI, Tableau or similar) Experience in government contracting and understanding of FAR/DFAR CAS Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities Location and Benefits
