What role will you play? As the Business Resilience Senior Manager, Americas, you will play a key role in implementing and managing the business resilience framework to ensure Macquarie can anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions. You will work closely with the Regional Resilience Director and a global team to lead business impact analyses, coordinate crisis response initiatives, and improve resilience capabilities across the Americas region.
Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $195,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer
8+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial and energy sectors, with the ability to implement practical program controls.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including RTO/RPO, disaster recovery strategies, and their relationship to business processes.
Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analyses and facilitating resilience exercises.
Demonstrated leadership in crisis response, mitigation of disruptions, and advancing program maturity.
