We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads
Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc
Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc.
Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions
Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price
Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish
Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions
Qualifications
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Compensation $115,000 at plan yearly
