Position Summary The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Credit Officer by delivering high quality reporting, portfolio analytics, and workout analysis support. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. Under general supervision, but according to established policies and procedures, provides assistance to the Credit Department in connection with commercial loan activity. Develops and analyzes all types of credit information pertaining to commercial and real estate secured loans, helps prepare credit presentation reports, and provides any other assistance as requested. Primary Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics: Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and/or reports that track portfolio performance, risk metrics, and underwriting trends. Reporting & Analytics: Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and board-level presentations. Reporting & Analytics: Assist with ad hoc data requests and analysis related to credit risk, borrower performance, and regulatory compliance. Workout & Special Assets: Partner with the Workout team to monitor distressed assets and assist in resolution strategies. Workout & Special Assets: Contribute to borrower evaluations, including cash flow analysis and collateral assessments. Workout & Special Assets: Help document and track workout plans, restructures, and recovery efforts. Underwriting Support: Assist underwriters with data gathering, financial spreading, and credit memo preparation. Underwriting Support: Participate in deal reviews and help assess borrower risk using the 5 Cs of Credit framework. Underwriting Support: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate credit decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Credit Officer on strategic initiatives and policy updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the Head of Underwriting in managing pipeline visibility and team workload. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in ongoing training concerning skills and loan types. Develop a comprehensive understanding of various loan options. Stay updated on the latest trends in the financial sector and regulations associated with different loan types. Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in analysis, underwriting, or data analysis. Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling and reporting tools preferred. Familiarity with commercial lending, CRE, and C&I loan structures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
